Road test vehicle: confirmed noise. Put vehicle on lift to inspect: found left rear outer pad missing clip and wrong rotors installed. Recommend replacing pads and rotors (pads damaged by rotors being to small).
Replace rear brake pads and brake disc rotors. Service calipers. Clean and lubricate brake hardware and slide mechanisms. Clean and adjust parking brakes. Check and fill brake fluid as needed. Burnish and road test vehicle: OK.

Replaced differential fluid with new. road test: still a little noisy. recommend customer put some miles on vehicle to see if noise gets better. If noise does not get better recommend taking to Transamatic.

Replaced both sway bar links and road test: OK.
Road test vehicle: parking brake holds in reverse but not forward. Inspected brake system: no external adjustments found. Recommend disassembling rear brakes to inspect. Approximate brake pad remaining in front: 30% – rear: 70%.
