  • Road test vehicle: unable to duplicate customer concern. Inspected suspension: OK. Checked suspension hardware for tightness: OK. Can hear noise when moving steering wheel while vehicle is not in motion. Possible internal steering rack noise. Checked for TSB's: none found.

  • Road test vehicle: found sunglasses rattling. Put sunglasses on seat and road tested multiple time: unable to duplicate customer concern. Inspected undercarriage: normal. Found detached bumper in right front corner but didnt hear that from inside the car (pushed back in). Road test again: OK at this time. Tested hood release and latch: operating normally at this time.
